Important changes to COS from June 2022 onwards. COS will send Providers an auto notice if they haven’t commenced their Mid-term audit at the 18 month mark. This QRG will assist auditor to complete the Periodic audit tab correctly to ensure Providers are not sent a notification if they have commenced their Mid-term. Due to this system update its  important that auditors are vigilant with updating audit information in COS.
