We regulate NDIS providers, provide national consistency, promote safety and quality services, resolve problems and identify areas for improvement.
Bushfire emergency information for providers and participants
In the event of an emergency or immediate danger, contact your local emergency services (police, ambulance and fire brigade) for advice and information.
Providers should implement their emergency contingency plan to ensure the safety of NDIS participants and any workers.
Registered providers may also need to notify us of any changes or events that significantly affect their ability to deliver the supports and services they are registered to provide NDIS participants.
Participants and providers: Visit the NDIA’s website for detailed information and advice, including details on accessing additional or replacement supports, equipment or care.
Our thoughts are with all those who are experiencing distress and loss at this time.
