Accessibility

Our commitment to accessibility

The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is committed to inclusion, equity and upholding the human rights of people with disability. This supports our obligations under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), as well as commitments in our Disability Action Plan.

We try to ensure our website is:

  • easy to read in Plain English
  • compatible with screen readers
  • easy to navigate with a keyboard
  • responsive on phones, tablets and computers
  • available in different formats.

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we plan to audit our website for compliance against WCAG 2.2. Our goal is to achieve WCAG 2.2 Level AA as minimum standard.
