Applications portal login

You can use our Applications Portal to apply to become: 

• a registered NDIS provider
• an NDIS behaviour support practitioner
• a worker screening employer. 

The NDIS Commission is changing the way we check the identity of providers that use our portals. See Changing from PRODA to myID and RAM to learn about the transition.

What you need

You need a myID account to access the Applications portal. The Australian Government’s Digital ID app myID is a secure way to prove who you are online. If you don't have an account, you can set up myID.
