Support for Worker Orientation Module (WOM)

The NDIS Commission is unable to assist with any inquiry relating to the NDIS Provider Finder available specifically through the NDIA website.

Worker Screening Check

The NDIS Commission is unable to assist with any inquiry relating to a Worker Screening Check.

Applying for an NDIS worker screening check

State and territory worker screening units process applications for NDIS worker screening checks.

Finding details about your current NDIS worker screening check

State and territory worker screening units are the first point of contact for finding details about your current worker screening clearance.

Accessing the NDIS worker screening database

This is a national register of all NDIS workers who have completed or applied for the NDIS worker screening check. Providers or participants who employ or engage NDIS workers can use the database to check and monitor the clearance status of workers. To get access to the NDIS worker screening database, see the instructions for registered providers, unregistered providers, and NDIS participants.

The NDIS Commission is unable to assist with any inquiry relating to NDIA plans, funding or payments.

myplace Provider Portal

The NDIS Commission is unable to assist with any inquiry relating to the myplace Provider Portal.

PRODA (Provider Digital Access)

The NDIS Commission is unable to assist with any inquiry relating to Provider Digital Access (PRODA).

PRODA is maintained by Services Australia, and we are unable to make any changes to their system.

Digital ID (myID)

The NDIS Commission is unable to assist with any inquiry relating to Digital ID (myID).

Digital ID (myID) is provided by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). Please refer to the How to set up myID article for more information on how you can setup your own Digital ID.

If you experience issues with Digital ID (myID) please contact the ATO.

Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM)

The NDIS Commission is unable to assist with any inquiry relating to Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM).

RAM is provided by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). Please refer to the Link your business online article for more information on how you can link your business.

NDIS Commission Portal (New)

NDIS Commission Portal (Existing)

Registration and your details

Use the new portal to:

  • apply for registration, re-register or renew your registration.
  • tell us about a change or event that affects your registration.
  • manage your registration details, including participants, staff and practitioners.

Use the existing portal to:

  • finish registration, re-registration or renewal work started before 12 October
  • check an applications progress or withdraw it
  • access historical registration records
  • maintain workers and participants where required.

Audits

Use the new portal for:

  • new audits as they become available
  • periodic audits starting after 12 October
  • periodic audits due after 12 October that are not yet scheduled.

Use the existing portal to:

  • complete audits started before 12 October
  • view existing audit records and history.

Behaviour support

Use the new portal to:

  • lodge a new behaviour support plan
  • manage plans lodged from 12 October
  • lodge monthly reporting for plans lodged from 12 October.

Use the existing portal to:

  • lodge monthly reporting for existing plans lodged before 12 October
  • access historical behaviour support records.

Reportable incidents

Use the new portal to:

  • lodge a new reportable incident
  • manage incidents lodged from 12 October.

Use the existing portal to:

  • manage incidents lodged before 12 October
  • access historical reportable incident records.

Worker screening

Use the new portal to:

  • complete worker screening activities for registered and deregistered providers from 12 October.
  • From 12 October, registered and deregistered providers use the new portal for worker screening activities. 
  • Other users continue to use the existing portal.

Staff access

Use the new portal to:

  • manage access and roles for the new portal
  • make sure at least one active staff member is assigned to each role your organisation needs

This may include: 

  • Registrant
  • Worker Screening Officer
  • Access Delegate
  • Behaviour Support Lodgement Officer
  • Restrictive Practice Reporting Officer
  • Reportable Incidents Officer.

Use the existing portal to:

  • manage access to the existing portal.

Staff access needs to be maintained separately in each portal.
