Access the portal
The NDIS Commission is changing the way we check the identity of providers that use our portals. See Changing from PRODA to myID and RAM.
Two portals from 12 October 2026
Use the existing Quality Auditors Portal to review an application already in progress, finish an audit already underway, and look up audit history, notes and attachments.
Use the new NDIS Commission Portal for new audit work as it becomes available.
In the new portal, providers select you from a list. The portal emails an audit request to your organisation’s designated person/s, who can accept or decline it.
Approved quality auditors will have accounts set up in the new portal. You do not need to set them up again.
Approved quality auditors can access the NDIS Commission portal to record their recommendations for a provider's registration application.
First time users
You'll need to verify your identity using myID to access this portal. MyID is an online identity verification and authentication system.
If you don't have an account, you can set up myID.
If you're a person who's responsible for the business - also known as a principal authority - you will also need to use Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM). RAM is an authorisation service that allows an individual to act on behalf of a provider.
