Unregistered providers portal login

Access the portal

The new NDIS Commission Portal launches on 12 October 2026.

During the transition period, you may need to use both the new NDIS Commission Portal and an existing portal, depending on the task you are completing.

Find out which portal to use, access guidance and get started in the Provider Toolkit.

The NDIS Commission is changing the way we check the identity of providers that use our portals. See Changing from PRODA to myID and RAM.

Log in to access the Worker Screening Database, a national register of all NDIS workers who have completed or applied for a NDIS Worker Screening Check.

First time users

You need to apply for access to the Worker Screening Database through our Applications Portal.

You'll need to verify your identity using myID to access this portal. MyID is an online identity verification and authentication system.

If you don't have an account, you can set up myID.

If you're a person who's responsible for the business - also known as a principal authority - you will also need to use Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM). RAM is an authorisation service that allows an individual to act on behalf of a provider online when linked with their myID.

You can Set up your business in Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM).
