1. Part 1: Business verification and service selection

When you start the application form, you will enter your Australian Business Number (ABN) so we can verify your details automatically.

Choose the NDIS services and supports you will provide.

You must add the details for all your key personnel. They must log into the portal to answer some questions.

You must also add a Worker Screening ID for each of your key personnel.

Make sure they have applied for an NDIS Worker Screening Check. Your application will not move forward without this.

2. Part 2: Self assessments and audit preparation

After you finish Part 1, tell us which NDIS supports you want to provide.

Next, complete a self-assessment against the NDIS Practice Standards.

Submit your self-assessment to download your scope of audit document. You can use this document to get quotes from approved quality auditors.

You need to get quotes outside of the portal. Then, choose your auditor using the portal.

3. Quality audit process

Your chosen auditor will receive your request in our system and accept it.

The Approved Quality Auditor will contact you to schedule your
audit and decide which sites will be inspected.

They will conduct the audit to check that your business meets all required NDIS Practice Standards.

4. Final review and certification

We will look at your whole application and what your auditor recommends.

We will do a final check to ensure your business and key personnel are suitable.

If we approve your application, we will send you a Certificate of Registration. This certificate will show your approved NDIS supports and your registration conditions.
