2024-2027 Enterprise Agreement
The Fair Work Commission has approved the 2024-2027 Enterprise Agreement on 15 April 2024. The agreement will take effect seven days after approval (on 22 April 2024).
Background
Voting on the proposed 2024-2027 Enterprise Agreement (2024 EA) has now closed.
The outcome is yes.
- 661 valid votes were cast - 82.42% of eligible voters
- 638 of 661 people voted yes – or 96.52% voted yes
The proposed 2024-2027 NDIS Commission Enterprise Agreement was voted on by eligible APS employees.

- A summary of changes that explain what has changed between the 2019 EA and the proposed 2024 EA.
- The Australian Public Service Award on the Fair Work Commission website.
