Taking steps to raise and act on concerns around quality and safety supports - video transcript

I didn't like getting in the car with my last NDIS support worker.

He drove too fast and got angry in traffic.

I always felt unsafe. I knew things needed to change, so I told my sister, and she encouraged me to contact my NDIS provider to resolve it.

Now, I have Monica. I feel safe. She's a careful driver.

I'm glad I said something.

If I didn't feel comfortable talking to my provider, I know I could have contacted the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Because when you make it known, you make it better.
