an independent government body is working to improve the quality and safety of services and supports funded through the India's it's called the NDIS quality and safeguards Commission and one of its roles is to educate participants and providers so that everyone knows their rights and responsibilities and feel supported

 

they aim to communicate in ways that are inclusive and accessible so that everyone can get the information they need in a way that works for them

 

educational information about the India's Commission can be found on their website or by giving them a call and because the India is Commission regulates all providers across Australia participants can rest assure that everyone will be held to the same standards even if they need to switch providers
