The tablet helps improve our communication and makes for better relationships all round.
- A while ago, a support worker wouldn't communicate with Jono using his tablet. He was upset and he decided to raise the issue with his NDIS provider.
His provider spoke with the support worker and made sure they listened to Jono.
Jono needs people to understand and respect his right to communicate using his tablet.
If he didn't feel like he could talk to his NDIS provider, he knows he can reach out to the NDIS Quality and
Safeguards Commission to help him resolve it.
