Reviewing a behaviour support plan as an implementing provider
Implementing providers will get a message when they are added to a behaviour support plan.
You must log into the new portal and click the 'Behaviour Support Plans' tab in the top menu bar.
You must link the plan before you can view it. This means you are working with the participant. You have a reason to see the plan.
You must read the plan and tell us if the information about the restrictive practices is correct.
If the restrictive practice details are correct, click 'accept'.
You must give us proof of authorisation. This means you have approval to use the restrictive practices. It happens in different ways in each State and Territory.
You can upload one file for each restrictive practice. The file must show proof that the restrictive practice is authorised.
Or to save time, you can upload one file that covers all the restrictive practices in the plan.
