Easy Read: Behaviour support plans (New portal) – Monthly reporting on restrictive practices by an implementing provider

When a restrictive practice is authorised, the portal will make monthly reports.

Every month, you must tell us if you used the restrictive practice.

You can see a list of your due and overdue reports.

You can tell us: 

• when you use a restrictive practice 
• when you do not use a restrictive practice 
• if a restrictive practice stops.

You must report every time you use a PRN restrictive practice.

Reports are due within 5 business days after the end of each month.
