Additional conditions of registration
  • A condition has been imposed, for providers of 0107 Assistance with daily personal activities, for risk assessment of participants who choose to be supported by a single worker.
  • A condition is imposed for assessment of the remaining elements of the Certification audit to be conducted three months after service delivery has commenced in any of the classes of support that require certification assessment.
  • A variation condition is imposed for the assessment of Module 5A: Assistance with SIL. The audit must be conducted as part of the provider?s mid-term audit which must commence no later than 18mths after the date of registration.
