Additional conditions of registration

A condition has been imposed, for providers of 0107 Assistance with daily personal activities, for risk assessment of participants who choose to be supported by a single worker:

A condition is imposed for assessment of the remaining elements of the Certification audit to be undertaken as part of the mid-term audit no later than 18 months after registration.
Provider must report in writing to the NDIS Commission on a fortnightly basis for the period specified in the request, its progress of all outstanding action taken to comply with compliance notice given to it under section 73ZM of the NDIS Act.
The Provider must notify the NDIS Commission of a New NDIS participant that engages the Provider to deliver supports or services no later than 4 business days after the date the service agreement is signed by both the Provider and the NDIS participant
The Provider must not engage a new NDIS participant with Complex Needs or High-Risk Factors, until the Commission confirms to the provider in writing that it has complied with all required actions under the compliance notice issued on 19 May 2023.
