Compliance and enforcement actions

On 26 November 2024, a compliance notice was issued to Endeavour Foundation under section 73ZM(1)(b) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The notice requires Endeavour Foundation to take certain actions to address non-compliance with Section 73J of the NDIS Act 2013, specifically the Reportable Incident Rules including section 20(1)(b) of the Rules.
