On 3 April 2023, a banning order was made under sections 73ZN(2)(a)(i) and 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability and Insurance Scheme Act 2013 permanently prohibiting Paul Kevan Tilbury from being involved in the provision of NDIS supports and services to people with disability, including in a consultancy capacity and in engaging in any activities related to:
- To the management of NDIS plan funds;
2. Coordination of supports;
3. Development of policies, procedures, guidelines and systems related to the delivery of NDIS supports or services; and
4. The assessment of NDIS providers against the NDIS Practice Standards, in accordance with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Rules 2018.
The banning order takes effect from 5:00 pm on 3 April 2023.
