Outlets are a physical or operational base where business or service delivery coordination happens

Service

Sites 

Sites are additional locations from which NDIS supports are delivered. Sites are usually smaller, service-specific locations connected to an outlet.

Identification

NDIS Worker Screening ID 

An NDIS Worker Screening ID shows a person is safe to work with people with disability. 

State or territory authorities do this safety check.

ID

NDIS Worker screening application ID 

An NDIS worker screening application ID is a reference number. Workers get this number when they apply for an NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Check

National Worker Screening Database 

The National Worker Screening Database is a system that keeps safety records for NDIS workers. It checks and shows who is cleared to work safely with participants.

Document

Scope of audit 

A scope of audit is a special document created by the portal.

It tells an approved quality auditor exactly what parts of your business to look at.

An approved quality auditor is the official business or company you hire to check your NDIS services.

Agreement

Auditor 

An auditor is the individual person who works for the approved quality auditor and actually conducts the checks.

Choice of auditor

Nominate 

Nominate is to officially choose and lock in your chosen auditor using the portal.
