Complaints function advisory group – end of term survey

The Complaints Function Advisory Group fulfilled its purpose to provide feedback to the Complaints Commissioner on all aspects of the Complaints Function, with the aim of improving the experience and outcomes achieved for complainants, people with disability and their support networks.
The Complaints Function Advisory Group had the right number of members.
My accessibility needs were met.
The meeting format allowed for group interaction and discussion.
The meetings were the right length and happened often enough.
The meeting pre-reading materials and minutes were informative.
Secretariat communication was efficient and effective.
