Supported independent living: Registered provider
Transition pathway for:
- current NDIS registered provider
- isn't currently delivering supported independent living (SIL) - doesn't have registration group '0115 Assistance with daily life tasks in a group or shared living arrangement'
- plans to deliver supported independent living in future.
If this doesn't apply to you, please choose another transition pathway.
If the application for variation is not approved, the provider cannot deliver supported independent living (SIL).
