Once you've cleared part 1, we will invite you to complete Part 2.

As well as your service locations.
Fill out the application form the way you usually do and submit it.
Auditing your business
You must do a new audit of your business.
You do not have to use the same approved quality auditor you used last time.
An approved quality auditor is the official business or company you hire to check your NDIS services.
Review and outcome
The auditor will complete their audit.
They will write a final declaration and a recommendation.
They will send it to us.
We will read the recommendations.
We will use it to make a final decision.
We will decide if you will get a registration certificate.
We cannot make our decision until the auditor sends their recommendation to us.
