What will be in the new portal?
We are introducing a new portal called the NDIS Commission portal
The new portal is a computer system on the internet. Providers use it to share information with us. For a while, providers may need to use both the new portal and existing portals.
The new portal will be available from October 2026.
You will use the new portal for registration activities.
Registration means you are approved to be an NDIS provider.
Some activities may stay in existing portals for a period of time.
You will use the new portal to tell us about reportable incidents.
A reportable incident is a serious event where a participant is hurt or at risk.
You will use the new portal to manage behaviour support plans.
A behaviour support plan tells workers how to keep a participant safe.
