The revocation decision was made on the basis that a delegate of the Commissioner has formed a reasonable belief that Brave Boughton Pty Ltd has contravened, is contravening, or is proposing to contravene the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (NDIS Act) by not complying with all applicable standards and other requirements of the NDIS Practice Standards (section 73F(2)(c) of the NDIS Act). In forming this belief, the delegate had regard to outcomes of an audit undertaken of Brave Boughton Pty Ltd.
