- The Provider must not engage or seek to engage new NDIS participants with complex needs or support requirements, until the NDIS Commission confirms to the Provider in writing.
- The Provider must not engage or seek to engage new NDIS participants that are under the age of 18, until the NDIS Commission confirms to the Provider in writing.
- The Provider must not engage or seek to engage new NDIS participants with high risk factors, until the NDIS Commission confirms to the Provider in writing.
