Compliance and enforcement actions

On 8 June 2023, a banning order originally issued on 20 December 2022 was varied under section 100 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The order, made under section 73ZN(1)(a) of the Act, prohibited Forward Focussed Group Pty Ltd from providing supports and services, either directly or indirectly, to NDIS-funded participants. The duration of the banning order was reduced from 10 years to 3 years. The order remains in effect from 5:30 pm on 20 December 2022 and will continue until 12:00 am on 20 December 2025 (AWST).
