Easy Read: New NDIS Commission provider portal – How will the new portal make things easier?

How will the new portal make things easier?

Behaviour support documents

It will be easier to upload behaviour support documents. You can upload one document for a whole plan.

Filling in details

The new portal will fill in some of your details automatically. This means you will not have to type your name and address every time.

Check boxes

We will remove confusing text boxes. Simple check boxes will be used in their place. This will make forms much faster to finish.

Filling in an online form

The forms will change based on what you select. You will only answer questions that are about your situation.

Reporting incidents

There will be a new form for reporting incidents about other providers. This will help us get the information to the right place faster.

Keeping participants safe

The new forms will ask if a participant is safe right after an incident happens. This helps us keep participants safe from harm.

Draft form

You will be able to save your form as a draft.

A draft is a form you start but finish later. You can save a draft for 30 days.

Dashboard with updates

You will have a new dashboard.

A dashboard is a page that shows all your work in one place. It will show you what reports you need to finish.

Learning a system

We will help you learn the new system. We will have videos, webinars and Easy Read fact sheets.
