We will remove confusing text boxes. Simple check boxes will be used in their place. This will make forms much faster to finish.
The forms will change based on what you select. You will only answer questions that are about your situation.
There will be a new form for reporting incidents about other providers. This will help us get the information to the right place faster.
The new forms will ask if a participant is safe right after an incident happens. This helps us keep participants safe from harm.
You will be able to save your form as a draft.
A draft is a form you start but finish later. You can save a draft for 30 days.
You will have a new dashboard.
A dashboard is a page that shows all your work in one place. It will show you what reports you need to finish.
