We are changing the provider portal.
The provider portal is a computer system on the internet. Providers use it to share information with us.
The new portal is expected to start late 2026.
You will use the new portal to manage your registration.
Registration means you are approved to be an NDIS provider.
You will use the portal to tell us about reportable incidents.
A reportable incident is a serious event where a participant is hurt or at risk.
You will use the portal to manage behaviour support plans.
A behaviour support plan tells workers how to keep a participant safe.
