On 12 September 2022, a banning order was made under section 73N(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013, permanently prohibiting Daniel Sasulu Nuumaalii from being involved in the provision of supports or services to NDIS participants effective from 5:00pm on 21 September 2022.
