On 25 May 2022, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013, permanently prohibiting Michael Piper from being involved in the provision of NDIS funded supports and services to people with disability, effective from 5:00pm on 30 May 2022.
