On 7 July 2023, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(i) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Victor Nworu Edward from being involved in the provision of supports and services, directly or indirectly, to people with disability for a period of five (5) years, effective from 5:00pm on 17 July 2023.
