Compliance and enforcement actions

On 20 November 2023, a banning order originally issued on 17 December 2021 to Vesh Chaurasiya under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 was varied. The order was varied under section 73ZO of the NDIS Act 2013, extending the ban on Vesh Chaurasiya’s involvement in the provision of supports and services to people with disability for an additional one (1) year, effective from 17 December 2023.
