On 1 September 2023, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 to permanently prohibit Daffyd John Knox from being involved in the provision of supports and services to people with disability, effective from 5:00pm on 4 September 2023.
