On 8 February 2023, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Simon Utikpo from being involved in the provision of supports and services to NDIS participants for a period of two (2) years, effective from 15 February 2023 at 9:00am AWST.
