On 6 April 2023, pursuant to section 73ZO(1) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013, the banning order made and in force since 20 May 2022, was varied to permanently prohibit Joanne Lee Rogers from being involved in the provision of NDIS funded supports and services to people with disability from 17 April 2023 at 5.00pm (Queensland time).
