On 17 February 2022, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(i) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Hope Maree Moloney from being involved in the provision of supports and services to people with disability for a period of two years and six months, effective from 5pm on 21 February 2022.
