On 28 March 2023, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Peter Spencer from being involved in the provision of supports or services to NDIS funded participants for a period of four (4) years, effective from 5.00pm on 12 April 2023.
