On 20 September 2023, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Dylan Michael Byrnes from being involved in the provision of supports and services to NDIS funded participants for a period of two (2) years, effective from 5:00pm on 27 September 2023.
