On 29 July 2024 a banning order of Joanne Louise MOBBS was made, under Section 73ZN of the National Disability Insurance Scheme 2013 (Cth), permanently prohibiting Joanne Louise MOBBS from engaging in any activities relating to the provision of supports and services, directly or indirectly to people with disability.
The banning order is effective from 5:00PM 16 August 2024.
