Compliance and enforcement actions

On 28 November 2025, a banning order was made under section 73ZN (2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013, prohibiting Mark Moncrieff from providing support to NDIS participants. 

Specifically, the order prohibits Mark Moncrieff from being engaged in the following: 

1. providing or personally being involved in the provision, to any NDIS participant, of any support or services under a participant’s plan; or engaging in any work or providing or
2. performing any supports or services (whether paid or unpaid), for or on behalf of any NDIS Provider 

This banning order takes effect on 5 December 2025 at 5pm AEST for a period of two (2) years and operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
