Compliance and enforcement actions

On 28 November 2025, NDIS Provider The Disability Trust was issued with a compliance notice under section 73ZM(1)(b) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. 

The Compliance notice was issued, in relation to information which suggests possible non-compliance with Schedule 1, Part 5 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Rules (the Practice Standards) and section 20 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Incident Management and Reportable Incidents) Rules 2018 (the Reportable Incident Rules).
