On 10 May 2023, a banning order originally issued on 15 March 2023 was varied. The banning order was varied under section 73ZO(1) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 to prohibit Georgina Knox from being involved in the provision of supports or services to NDIS funded participants permanently. The variation takes effect 5:00pm on 10 May 2023.
