Compliance and enforcement actions

On 22 December 2023, a banning order originally issued on 22 September 2023 was varied. The banning order was varied under section 73ZO of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 to permanently prohibit Rebecca Goldfinch from being involved in the provision of supports or services to NDIS participants, either directly or indirectly. The variation takes effect 5:00pm on 22 December 2023.
