On 3 October 2023 a banning order was made under sections 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) and 73ZN(2)(v) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Andreas Gerasimos Strepelias from being involved, directly or indirectly, in the provision of NDIS supports or services to people with disability for a period of ten (10) years, effective from 5pm on 20 October 2023.
