On the 24 March 2025, a notice of revocation of registration was issued to Future Living Trust Incorporated on the basis that a delegate of the Commissioner reasonably believes that Future Living Trust Incorporated has contravened section 73J of the NDIS Act. More specifically, the failure by Future Living Trust Incorporated to commence a mid‐term audit within 18 months of Future Living Trust Incorporated’s registration coming into force.

The revocation takes effect from 5 pm on 07 April 2025.
