On 7 August 2024, an original banning order issued 7 August 2021 was varied. The banning order was varied under section 73ZO of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The order, effective across all States and Territories of Australia, permanently prohibits Monika Paniczko from being involved in the provision of supports and services to people with disability, under section 73ZN(2)(a)(i) and (iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The variation takes effect 5:00pm on 8 August 2024.
