On 13 July 2022, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Valentine Izuchukwu Ugwumba from being involved in the provision of supports or services to NDIS participants, both directly and indirectly, for a period of five (5) years, effective from 5:00pm on 22 July 2022.
