On 19 August 2024, a permanent Banning Order was issued to Protos Care Services (PCS) Pty Ltd, under 73ZN(1(a) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The banning order permanently prohibits and restricts, Protos Care Services (PCS)
Pty Ltd from being directly or indirectly involved in the provision of National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) supports or services to people with disability in the NDIS. Meaning, they are prohibited from directly providing NDIS funded supports or services to NDIS participants. 

The banning order is effective from 5.00pm AEST on 23 August 2024.
