Compliance and enforcement actions

On the 10 July 2024, a notice to refuse the application to be a registered NDIS Provider was issued to Creative Devotional Counselling Pty Ltd on the basis that a delegate of the Commissioner reasonably believes that Creative Devotional Counselling Pty Ltd has not:

• been assessed by an approved quality auditor as meeting the applicable standards and other requirements prescribed by the NDIS Practice Standards as prescribed in paragraph 73E(1)(c) of the National to Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (NDIS Act)
• demonstrated suitability to provide supports or services to people with disability as prescribed in paragraph 73E(1)(d) of the NDIS Act.

More specifically, the failure by Creative Devotional Counselling Pty Ltd to complete a re-registration audit.
The refusal takes effect from 5 pm on 17 July 2025.
