On 26 May 2025 a Compliance Notice was issued to Claro Disability Services Pty Ltd under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.
The notice requires Claro Disability Services Pty Ltd to take certain action to address potential non-compliance with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Incident Management and Reportable Incidents) Rules 2018.
Maintenance will be carried out across multiple systems between 8:00 am Sat 6 December to 1:00 am Sun 7 December.
